Westcourt Group Ltd completes purchase of two central Leeds office blocks

Westcourt Group Ltd. has completed the purchase of two Grade II listed commercial office  blocks in Leeds City Centre from an UK Institutional vendor. Westcourt Group Ltd were aided in its acquisition of 56 and 58 Wellington Street (Waterloo House) by agents Lyndsay Burns of Harvey Burns, with support from Andy Banks of Handlesbanken Harrogate. Steve Stanier of Keeble Hawson acted as Westcourt’s solicitor on this purchase. 

The two office blocks front the northern side of Wellington Street between Britannia Street and King Street, in the heart of the established professional and financial core of the City and have some 25,000ft of office space between them. Both properties are currently tenanted. Waterloo House, 58 Wellington Place to the Secretary of State for Communities & Local Government and Waterloo House, 56 Wellington Place to Law Firm, Ison Harrington and Blue Apple Training.

Westcourt Group Ltd has become an established name in the Leeds commercial property market, not least for the purchase and restoration of Grade II listed Kenneth Hodgson House (18 Park Row) a number of years ago.
